Before meeting Frederic here in Rancho Mirage we had during six months long exchanges of Email. 
He always answered all my questions very rapidly (even on Sunday) and very precisely . And then came the day where we met. 
At this time all the listings he sent me where about old houses. For what reason he asked me one morning "Philippe, by the way, what's your age ? 
(I could feel he was embarassed), because there is a new program in Terra Lago for Senior 55 and over :
